1st time guest and 1st no show a $50 nonrefundable deposit is required for all hair, skin, lash, waxing etc. appointments. For all nail services nonrefundable $25 will be required. For all permanent makeup appointments, a $100 nonrefundable deposit will be required.
2nd time no show or cancelling your appointment after 48 hours’ notice, we will require you to pay for the missed appointment and a deposit will be required to book another appointment.
Due to popularity & Demand for WAVES Hair Studio salon services we would appreciate your understanding and cooperation. When you forget to cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we not only miss the opportunity to fill your appointment time, but the opportunity for other guest on the waiting list to receive services. We know it’s easy to forget about appointments booked months in advance. So, we will send you a confirmation text 48- 24 hours prior to the appointment to remind you. However, if you are not able to make it, it is your responsibility to remember your appointment times to avoid missed appointments and no-show fees.
